Milgard balancers

Quick Learner from California
I'm not a handy person, but checked out some YouTube videos (including yours) for identifying the right balancers. My windows are all the same size (width/height). They weigh 19 pounds. My balancers are 26" long, 1/2" wide and bottom shoe is 1". Inside top show is 1/2". I was about to order 12 balancers of stamp option 2530. I was about to purchase but in going through the purchasing process, you have a notation: "The stamp option represents the strength of the channel balance. Locate the stamp on your channel balance." The only numbers I have on my balancers is 26 4 DW CMC 10. Not sure what that means or if that changes anything. Let me know if you need anything else, but think I've done this right.

Hello and welcome to Swisco.com. If your stamp reads "26 4", then the metal length measurement of your balance should measure 27". The "26 4" corresponds to our 2640 option, which holds a 19 pound sash which sounds perfect for that type of balance.

I would have ordered the wrong item, so thank you. I placed my order for 10.
