I need the right side sash balance complete metal piece with the roller end and plastic end along with the spring. It is 28" total in length.

Thanks for posting! Your balances are either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The length of the metal channels on these balances is 27".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp option.
