The hinge that needs replaced is a four bar hinge. Sorry for the lack a clarity in the photo.

Ah, I see. Sorry I missed that! I must have thought that cross bar was part of the sash.

We do offer a few different 4-bar hinge sets, but none are exactly the same as yours. I recommend looking through our selection here, specifically near the top of the page. See if any of these hinges could work for you.
