I have Milgard windows throughout the house. I believe they're between 8 to 10 years old. I need a replacement upper casement operator for my Milgard window could you please let me know what I should order.

I suspect you may have our 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO operators. Compare our specifications with yours to see if they match what you're looking for. Note, the link arms for these parts were discontinued and are no longer available so you will need to re-use your old one.
We don't sell your exact hinge but customers have reported that our 36-048 can work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
You have the old discontinued ROTO hinge which isn't made anymore but our 36-048 would be our best replacement option.
