Hi, can you confirm that the Truth Hardware window handle (39-205) will be working as a replacement for Milgard casement windows?

The 39-205 does look like the part in your photo. You just need to check to confirm that the hole has the same 11/32" diameter. As long as that matches, you should be good to go.
