Milgard channel balance 32 5 KV CMC 2

Question

I need to replace the channel balance on Milgard windows. The identification printed on the channel is 32 5 kv cmc 2. Can you pleas erell me what channel balance I need?

Thank you for the pictures. Can you please let us know the length of the metal channel in inches? Please do not include the attachments in this measurement. Can you also pick out your bottom shoe from the list? Identifying your bottom shoe will help us determine what Series your balance is. Thank you.
