Hello! Your balance in particular looks like it'd be a match for our S385-33. This has a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom. As long as those nylon fittings match yours then this is the one you want.

The only question now is the stamp. You have a special kind of heavy duty stamp that appears to support sashes weighing 40 pounds. You should double check to make sure that is exactly how heavy your sash is. If that's right, then you can use our 3270 option, which can hold up that amount.
