Milgard channel balance for single hung vinyl window

Question

I am replacing 2 channel balances on a 36" wide by 54" tall Milgard vinyl single hung window. I can't tell what the weight is on the window but guessing about 25 pounds. It is in a vacant listing of mine so no scale is at the house to weigh it. Maybe you can tell by the side markings. Can you recommend the proper parts for ordering?

Thanks for writing in. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, is 27" long. If so, see either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. It looks like your balance has a stamp code of 26 4, which conforms to a stamp option of 2640, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 19 through 26 lbs.
