Milgard channel balance replacement

A home owner says:
I am trying to replace a Milgard channel balance and it has 26 4 marked on it. 27 inches long and 1/2 wide. Which option do I choose.I found the right one but do not know which option to choose.

Hello,

If you are confident that you have identified the correct balance, 2640 should be the option that you choose based on your stamp number. If you hare not positive, I would recommend sending us a photo of your balance so that we can confirm that you are getting the correct part.

Thank you!
