Milgard channel balance replacement

Question

Note pictures above. The metal part of the balance is 27 in. and the readable part identifier appears to be LT CMC - 2. The numbers before the LT are not readable. Can you identify and recommend a replacement part?  Thank you.

Hello!

Most Milgard windows use the Series 385 channel balance where the bottom shoe depth is 1-3/32", so you would use the S385-27. To determine the spring weight, you can check the stamp code on the other balance. Another option would be to weigh the sash to choose the appropriate stamp option. There's a chart on the S385's product page that shows you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
