I'm pretty sure we can replace this, yes. Can you just tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? If the distance is 3-15/16", then I recommend our 82-003 handle set.

Hello Tom - Hope you had a nice weekend! Just wondering if SWISCO has a handle set for 4". Thank you, looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello! I'm afraid they don't make a handle set in this style with a 4" hole spacing. I would double check to make sure it's not 3-15/16". Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges.

Hello Tom...before we purchase the 82-003 (Sliding door Handle Set)...just want to make sure that it's similar to the "Milgard" Sliding Patio Door handle (sent to you via e-mail).... Easy latch, you can pull the handle with one motion open and close it to lock it. It looks like the 82-003, is similar to the one that is already on the patio door?? Unfortunately. we cannot use this type of lock for our business. Please advice.
Thank you again!!
Thank you again!!

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what it is you're referring to. I can't guarantee the 82-003 will work for you, but based on your picture and information it's the closest thing we have. You will need to carefully go over the information on our store page to determine whether it is something you want to try.
