Milgard dual crank operator

Question

Need to replace dual arm operator. Main arm (left) #41012 appox 10". Hinged arm on the side with side bracing is stamped "C". Manufacture date is 7/25/02. I'm coastal, so having no-rust hardware is preferable.
I have several other rusty cranks to repair, or replace.
