Milgard lift - nontilt

Question

Trying to identify my window balancer. Shoe types are so close and I have no idea of window weight. Tried to find window info on Milgard site, but none.

Balancer with metal 21inch long, 1/2 inch wide and has numbers 20-2-HN-caldwell on it. Top appears to be #19-005, but I can not tell if bottom is #15-005 or #15-004

Appears to be 1-2/32-33nds

Spring is 6.5 inches long.

Thanks for posting, Robert. I'm afraid that I don't quite know what you mean by "1-2/32-33nds." Could you be more specific with your measurement? As you can see, the depths of our 15-004 and 15-005 are 1-3/32" and 1", respectively. Which is closer to your own?
