Hello there!

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

As for the hinge, take a look at our 36-048 and 36-049 to see if either match up to your original hardware. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

A quick learner from California says:
Here are updated photos as requested The long arm is about 6 inches and the short one that screwed into the base is about 5 inches

Thank you for the additional pictures! This looks like you have an older style version of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the link arm and the connecting bracket. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.

A quick learner from California says:
What can I do to replace these?, Can I buy new Casement operators with new hinges and replace them, or is this not possible?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, replacing these with an entirely different operator won't work. The 39-091 and 39-092's design is just too different. I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
