I would like to buy a few replacement because a few of my Windows Channel balances are broken. We only know it is Milgard. Which parts should I buy?

Thank you in advance for your help! I think the words reads as "23 3 JP CALDWELL", and the whole window (including up and bottom pieces and frame) is about 50 x 28.5 inch. The window seems to be double-sided.

We'd be happy to help with this. We'll just need more information so we can ID what you have here. Can you remove the balance and show us close up photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly for the additional photos! I recommend the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance with the 2330 stamp option. The best match comes down to the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.
