Milgard replacement Channel Balance

Hello, one of my windows does not have any Channel Balances, so cannot be sustained vertically. I would like to know what channel balance is appropriate for this type of window. The panel where the channel balance would be is is 19.5-20 inches in height total and the glass is 16.5 inches by 16.5 inches. The manufacturer is Milgard in 2008.

With the balances missing, we are not able to confirm what style would have been used or is compatible. Do you have any similar windows in the house that still have the balances that we could see one? We may be able to cross reference. Thank you!
