Milgard replacement balances

Regarding Milgard replacement balancer
I need two sets of balancers.
One set is 20 4 CP CALDWELL 21" and another set is 14 5 FO CALDWELL 21".
However I'm not sure whether FO or FQ.
The weight of window is about 43Lb.

Hello!

We can help but we will need more information in order to identify your hardware. We specifically need you to remove an undamaged balance and show us clear photos of the top and bottom fittings to compare to our inventory.

Thank you!

They do, thanks so much for getting that for me! Take a look at our S380-15 or S385-15 channel balances, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. Our Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe, and our Series 385 comes with a 1-3/32" shoe attached. With that said, you'll need to measure as shown below to determine the best replacement option. You will also need the 1450 spring strength option based on your 14 5 stamp and the 2040 spring strength option based on the 20 4 stamp.

Please note, the 1450 option is for a sash weighing 13 to 17 pounds, and the 2040 option is for a sash weighing 15 to 23 pounds. You said the weight of one window is about 43 pounds so you may want to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm you get the appropriate spring strength option.

If you have any questions just let me know!
