Milgard sash balancer unit

Question

This block and tackle type balancer unit has these characters on it : 26-5 gms cmc 8 : They are a bit hard to read with some partial characters but it think I am close. The hardest one to read is the 'g'

The metal u channel measures 27"

This is not a tilt unit.
The sash was not weighed but I estimate that it is around 15 (or less) pounds.

To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original balance removed from the window where we can see clear images of the top and bottom attachments along with the hook attachment at the bottom. From there we can determine the series your window uses to move forward. Thank you!
