Milgard sash balancers

Question

To whom it may concern,

I need to replace 4 sash balancers
3 at 33 inches (metal to metal end)
1 at 27 inches
The stamp I've found is 32 4 cu cmc 2
Please see below attached photos
Also can u tell the weight off this stamp?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 3240 spring strength options for your 33" replacement balances. You'll need to locate the stamp code on your 27" balance to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
