Hi! One of the balancers on my sash window siezed up. I would like to buy a replacement pair.
The metal part is 27.0" long
Printed on the side is "26 4 HS CALDWELL"

Hey there. See the S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom shoe. See below. For a stamp option choose 2640.

Hi. Mine seems to be just over 1 1/16". I'm assuming I should go with the S385, correct?

Correct. Sometimes these shoes can wear a little from age--but if it's any greater than 1", it's the Series 385 in this case. let us know if you have further questions!
