Milgard scissor mechanism broke

The left side of the scissor's plastic attachment point broke and fell. I'm hoping the plastic piece shown in the first pic on the right arm is something I can purchase and install from inside. It's a second story window. Thanks!

Thanks for posting! Your awning operator attachments appear to be the 39-558 Truth Detach Clip and the 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide Assembly. These are typically used with our 39-239B. Carefully look over the dimensions and design. Compare them to your existing hardware to confirm that these are the correct replacements.
