To determine the correct replacement match, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. The base is similar to a few operators we supply so I'll need to see the arm(s) and how they attach to the swinging window sash as well.

Thanks for the additional photos. The operator you have here is a ROTO brand operator. The replacement is you'll need the 39-092 ROTO Casement Operator. The opposite version can be found tagged below, along with the compatible handles.
You'll need the hold onto the arm linking the operator the the window for the installation. These were discontinued from our inventory quite some time ago and we can't be sure they're available any longer.
