Balancer channel is 27" long, 1/2"wide, "2640 B.S.I." marking on channel, for Milgard window installed in 1986.

Thanks for reaching out to us. That bottom plastic fitting has a really, really unique design. I don't think I've ever come across that before. Can you tell me if this is broken, or if this is how that piece is meant to look? If it is broken, can you show me an undamaged window?

You were right, I glued together the broken end incorrectly. Here are photos of the unbroken balancer. The channel is 27" long and 1/2" wide. Thanks

Thanks! These photos are a huge help. So, we can supply this model, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. With that in mind I will need to know how many of these you wanted to buy.
