Pictured handle has one prong broken off the replacement requires two prongs. The parts I have been able to find have a spacer holding my handle away from the door. Thus the door pull I have places pressure on the lock lever not allowing the lever to move. The handle I need sits directly against the door with a slat in the handle allowing the lock latch to sit against the door.

Thanks for writing in! Your patio latch lever appears to be a match for the 82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever. To confirm that this is the correct replacement carefully review and compare the specifications on the website.
If you are looking to replacement the entire handle set, I'll need to know the distance between the installation holes. This should be taken from hole center to hole center. I'd also need to see a photo of the compatible mortise lock.
