Take a look at our 80-106 patio door track and the related video. As for the roller, we would need to see yours removed from the window to compare to our inventory. 

As for the mortise lock, we'd need to see a close-up photo of that part as well to confirm a replacement. Thank you!

We don't sell this exact track, but our 80-106 is a very versatile product that I've personally used in a wide variety of different door styles. I recommend reviewing its size to see for yourself.
