Hello,
I have a slider that needs a new track and rollers. Its very warn out, largely due to lack of maintenance by the prior owners. Its 71 inches wide by 95 inches high. I cant find any identifying marks on it. The locking mechanism is also very stiff.
Hope you can help. Let me know what additional information i can provide to facilitate a positive identification and parts.

Hello,
Take a look at our 80-106 patio door track and the related video. As for the roller, we would need to see yours removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
As for the mortise lock, we'd need to see a close-up photo of that part as well to confirm a replacement. Thank you!

We don't sell this exact track, but our 80-106 is a very versatile product that I've personally used in a wide variety of different door styles. I recommend reviewing its size to see for yourself. The installation video below will also give you a good idea of how this installs and whether it would be worth considering for your application.
