Milgard sliding patio door handle

I'm trying to replace broken patio inside door handle with KEYED MORTISE STYLE HANDLE SET, 4-15/16" Product Code: 82-081. Do I need to replace Mortise lock and striker? I would like to use the ones that are already on the patio door. Just the inside handle is broken.

Hello! As long as your old mortise and keeper are in good condition, I see no reason why you can't reuse them. They should be compatible with the new handle set.
