Window is a Milgard slider installed in 1998
Latch dimensions 1" wide x 2 7/8" long
hole layout 7/16" from face-- 2 1/16" between holes

Latch plate 5/16 wide x 2 13/16 long
2 1/16" between holes

Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the installation hole center spacing 2-1/16"? If so, take a look at the 90-077A with a 7/16" backset. The 90-177 is the compatible keeper. Review the specifications and see what you think.
