Milgard spring balance

Hello,
Just want to make sure I have correct part picked out before ordering. No Identifying markings on existing part but window weighs 26 lbs. Pretty sure I need a 385-27. 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. Mine measures 1 3/32 deep and 15/16 wide. Because it weighs 26 lbs is it best to get 2640 or 2650 (to handle more weight). A similar window has a spring balance that says 26 4 BS Caldwell. Metal housing measures 27 by 9/16.

Yep, it looks like our S385-27 channel balance with a 2640 or 2650 spring strength option should work for you. The 2650 has a little more spring than the 2640, but it's your choice how you want the window to function. Either one should be acceptable! Let us know if you have any other questions.
