Milgard tilted window

A contractor from Daly City ,CA says:
I found that this is broken but don't know what this is called. My window brand is milgard and this it the one that it's titled open. It slide up and down.

Hello!

The parts you're holding are called coil springs and coil spring support. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need. I've also attached some videos below that you may find helpful.

It is not, I'm afraid. The parts pictured are the coil springs and support. See the video below. While for a different coil balance system, the principles are essentially the same, especially concerning making 'cutouts' to remove and replace the pivot shoe and balance assembly.
