The lever part screw holes are 2 x 1/16 apart and the distance of the screw holes from the rear is 7/16"

Hi there! We have a couple different locks that fulfill those specs. Consider our 90-077A first, which closely resembles your lock in both style and measurements. My only concern is that this lock has "nubs" on the back end that may interfere with your existing keeper. With that in mind, a safer bet might be our 90-161. This has the same hole spacing but a more rounded housing. However, the back end is flat so it will be fully compatible with your old keeper.
