Milgard vinyl window lock handle

Question

I have several Milgard window lock handles that have broken off of our window thru the years. I'm looked for replacement handles or do I need to replace the whole mechanism?

People with Milgard casement windows have been known to use our 38-139 lock, but carefully look it over and see if it matches.
