Hi I am looking for parts for my window I know it needs sash balance also looking for window plastic clips that are on top of the wind down

Most Milgard windows, like yours, use a S385-27 channel load balance. However, I cannot confirm this based on your pictures. Carefully go over our pictures and information to confirm. I'd also recommend the 2640 option. For the top sash guide, see our 18-188.
