Milgard window balance

Attached are photos of my window balance. Channel length is 27", and bottom shoe depth measured with calipers is 1.09". Sash weight is 25.4 lbs.

Please let me know which of your balance I should order.

Hey Tom. I'm confident we can replace this channel balance; but to be extra-safe, I'd like to see a picture of where the spring and pulley 'connect' inside the guts of the metal channel. Once I verify a small detail, I should be able to narrow down your options. Many thanks.

Thanks Tom. So long as the shoe depth is greater than 1", then I believe this is an S385-27, stamped 2650. Let me know if you have any questions.
