Milgard window balance

Several of my Milgard windows need new balancers...how do I know which replacements to order? My son followed your instructions in your March 6th email. We are not finding a match in the pictures of the balances for our windows. I've included several pictures of ours in hopes that you can determine which ones I need to order.

Thanks for posting. Have you seen our S385-31 channel balance? This looks like what you have. Just make sure the dimensions all match up.

So how to I determine which stamp option to choose when I order this balancer?

I see your balance is marked 30 5, which usually corresponds to our 3050 option, but you can weigh your sash to find out for sure. There is a chart on the S385-31 store page that shows how much weight each option can support.
