Milgard window balance pair needed

Hello! We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is known as an "extended travel" balance, named for its unique block and tackle system.

Thankfully, your photos tell us everything we need to know to get started. I only need a few pieces of information at this stage. First, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 31-5/8", not 31-1/2".
