Thanks for reaching out! I'm sure we can supply you with the replacements you need for your balance assembly. Although, to determine the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. 

The stamp from the balance, unfortunately, cannot tell us the series you need. It will only denote the weight range a balance can hold to support the sash weight.

I will need to see the attachments from the top and bottom of the balance or any that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.

I wouldn't be able to say for sure if the photos of that balance would be sufficient without seeing the photos. I do not have enough information to determine that.

As a general rule, it would be best to see an undamaged balance but I happy to take a look at what you have.
