Thanks for replying back with the additional images we asked for. Depending on the depth of your balance shoe will determine whether you will go with our S380-24 and S385-24. Look at the diagram below of the two shoes below to see which one yours is most compatible with.

As for the stamping option, since your stamp does not correspond to any of ours, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer back to the sash weight chart on the product page to determine the appropriate option.

Thanks for your help Kathleen. I will do the measuring biut I will have to wait for the handyman to come over to weigh the window.
