Sliding window in the bathroom of house I just bought. Can see the milgard logos on it
Looks like there should be a part that fits into the channel behind this piece to create tension so this part can be used as a catch and handle for this window.
Previous owner was wedging it behind a screw at the bottom of the window to lock it which caused the damage

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the latch shown in your photos. You may want to try contacting Milgard directly in this case.
