The dimension of metal part is about 27 in x 5/8 in x 9/16 in. Marking = 26-4 BA CMC 7

The two balances with attachments like this are Series 380 and Series 385. Each Series comes in different lengths, and you'll want to choose 27" with a "2640" stamp to match "26-4." I believe Milgard leaned more toward the Series 385, but don't quote me on that.
Measure your bottom balance shoe to tell which of the two Series you need. If you have the 1-3/32" shoe below (or close to that), then choose S385-27. If it's only 1", choose S380-27.
