Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-220B and 39-221B to your operator assembly. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement hinges with a 13" base but we do offer the 36-004-10 with a 10" base, as well as the 36-004-14 with a 14" base. There is a good chance that either option would work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time but the range that your window opens may be slightly more or less. I would personally opt for the 14" option. If you decide to give either hinge set a try and run into any issues, our return policy can be found here. Take a look and thanks for posting.
