Milgard window hook

Question

One of these handles doesn't keep the window closed anymore (the window stays slightly open), can I change the handle?

Please start by reviewing the style of the 38-005 or 38-078 locks. I cannot confirm from the picture while installed exactly which style you have. Please review and compare dimensions and let us know what you think!
