Hi there, we're happy to help with your Milgard window. Look over the dimensions of our 90-323 sash lock and keeper set. Let us know how the dimensions compare to your original hardware.

Aloha Kathleen, the screw hole spread, center to center, is 1-5/8" and the latch mechanism is different. Thanks ?

I'm afraid that we couldn't find anything closer to your dimensions. I think yours might be an older style that's not made anymore. Would it be possible to redrill your mounting hole sin the window?
