Milgard window operator for 1999 window

I have a photo of the part I need, but didn't see a way to attach it to this post. I'm looking for the part that is on the inside of the window with the little crank to open/close. This Milgard window is from 1998 so has the rectangular one, not the one with the rounded corners.
The date of manufacture is Aug 27, 1999
I tried to get this from Milgard under their lifetime warranty, but they do not have the parts, and referred me to you. I'm hoping you can assist.

Aloha from Maui. Here's the photo of the window operator that I'm trying to
replace. Milgard sent the one with the curved corners, but the one I need
is the rectangular one.

I would be so delighted if you can help me with a replacement.

Hi Cathy!

Actually, the rectangular shape is no longer made but the rounded one should still work fine as a replacement as long as arm length and other dimensions match up.
