Hello!
I'm afraid I'm not sure what kind of operator you may need. Can you show us a photo of the window open? We'd like to see a clear and full shot of the operator and the arms that move the sash.

Does this help? This is a left handed operator, and I'm looking for a right handed.

Yes, thank you! Our 39-253RB comes to mind. The 39-253LB is the opposite-handed version. Take a look and see if the specifications align with yours. Please note that these operators use the 39-529 track slider which is sold separately.
