Milgard window part

The plastic cap that contains the window balance on a milgard window is broken. This is the unbroken piece on the other side. Do you carry this product?

Thanks for your question. We do in fact carry your part. The part you are showing us is known as a top sash guide. Since your part is currently installed, it's a little difficult to say which replacement guide will work best. Start with taking a look at our 18-008. See if our measurements match up with yours. If not, then the next option will be to remove the guide and send us additional photos of the part from different angles and have measurements included.

The part you reference looks exactly like the one we need. However, ours if for a 1/2" balance, not a 5/8" balance. See pictures. Is there another part in stock that will work?
