Milgard window parts

A home owner from Kaua'i. Hawaii says:
These parts came out of my Milgard windows that were installed in 2005. As you can see they are broken. Can you help me.

It's tough to tell without seeing an undamaged pivot shoe. At a glance it reminds me of our 15-210 or 15-231, depending on the width and thickness of the shoe, but please compare to an undamaged shoe and tell us its width and thickness to confirm. If neither seem right, please send me pictures of an undamaged shoe, and tell us the width and thickness.
