Milgard window pivot shoe replacement

Looking for a pivot shoe replacement for a milgard window. The series is 5285. Is kind of hard to read. The shoe is about a half inch. The window is 36w x 52h each sash is about 27h inches. It's a double hung tilt.

Thank you for reaching out to us! This pivot shoe is too damaged to identify, unfortunately. We will need you to remove an undamaged version and show us a photo of it in order to help. Can you also write out the thickness and width dimensions?

Here are some photos front and back of one that isn't broken. It's 2.25in high from the point on the top to the bevel on the bottom. 1.25in wide and the depth is 0.5in.
