Milgard window replacement

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can supply the replacements for your window balances. Although, to identify their replacement matches, I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on them. 

I'll also need to see a clear photo of the piece connecting the spring and the string in the middle/center of the balance.

Thanks. Your balances are a match for either the S380-30 or the S385-30. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of your shoe.

Our 2930 stamp should work for the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
