Milgard window spring balancer

I need help in identifying the replacement window spring balancers for a window made by Milgard. It has some numbers printed on it: "23 5 HV CMC 7". The length of the metal part is 24"
I couldn't determine the exact replacment from your selection photos. I have uploaded some photos of a working balancer. Please help me to find the right part.

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but first I'd like to see photos of the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel. Some balances from the west coast have a special configuration we need to account for. We should be able to narrow this all down from there.

That's perfect, Godwin, thanks. This is either an S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2350.
